I cannot say enough good things about our experience at The Wonder Years.  The school has wonderful teachers who make you and your children feel unique.  The large outdoor courtyard has picnic tables, gardens, and great space for your little one to run and play- it’s truly a special place!

I have to say ever since I put Destiny in The Wonder Years I'm in love with the school she has learned so much and the teachers are great with her.  The school is very safe and secure; it’s one of the things I love the most about the school.  The teachers are always taking their time with Destiny by teaching her new and exciting things.  The activities are awesome; Destiny loves all of them and so do I.  The school itself is a great place for all children. I would recommend The Wonder Years to anyone who wants a safe and great learning environment for their children.

Safety and happiness is a number one priority for our family, and we feel very fortunate to have found The Wonder Years Preschool for our Daughter, she learns and play and loves coming back every single day, the teachers are phenomenal and caring.

Thank you very much to all The Wonder Years staff"

My baby started at The Wonder Years before he turned 3 months old.  Everyone told me I was crazy taking him to daycare so early, that I should have hired a nanny instead.  He’s 15 months old now, and I don’t regret taking him early for a minute.  He has been loved and cared for as if he was family.  Ms. Alyna and Ms. Lidia are my baby’s third pair of grandparents, you can see how this is not just a “job” for them.  It’s hard to leave your kids in a school when they’re little, but The Wonder Years made it easier for me by allowing me to visit during the day, and by having such a great staff that was always there when needed.  All it takes is one visit to the nursery and you’ll see how well the babies are taken care of.  Now he’s in the toddler room, and he’s having a blast every day.  I have to fight with him to take him home.  I’m looking forward of having him “graduate” from The Wonder Years with the same children he stared with when he was just a little baby.

I couldn’t have picked a better place! Annabelle has learned so much! Thank you!

I would like to say that I have been pleasantly surprised just how much I have come to like my daughter’s school. I started her when she was an infant at four months old and felt very unsure of my decision of ‘nanny’ versus ‘daycare/preschool.’ She’s now in the toddler program and I am confident that I made the right decision. She is happy, safe and stimulated. I have piece of mind that she’s in good hands. Thank you Wonder Years.

Thank you so much for making our son’s preschool experience fun, educational, and meaningful. We feel comfort in knowing he is part of a positive environment which he enjoys and with people who care. He looks forward to going to preschool everyday and loves all his wonderful teachers. We know that the lessons he’s learning there today will stay with him for life!

The Wonder Years is an implacable place with a very loving and experienced staff. I have a piece of mind that my kids are in a safe environment. They are always looking out after my children’s best interest.

My son has been at The Wonder Years for 3 years now and I could not be happier with the school. His teachers have all been nurturing, dedicated professionals. I feel my son has learned valuable social and academic lessons. His experiences have been varied, mixing fun and enrichment in a seamless manner. His growth is evident. For example, I could not believe it when he came home knowing some sign language and reciting books word for word. I would recommend The Wonder Years to any friend. As a mom herself, the school’s director is receptive to my comments and runs the school with the interests of a parent in mind, not a CEO.

I’d like to take this time to thank you and your staff past and present for taking such wonderful care for Lauren and Matthew for the last three years. My children have been safe, happy, and very well educated. They enjoy coming to school. The environment provided is exactly what every parent looks for. Lauren was very prepared for kindergarten and did exceptionally well. I am confident that Matthew is following her footsteps. The school’s summer program is wonderful, filled with educational and fun activities including fieldtrips every week. The option of offering extracurricular activities such as soccer shots, ballet, gym express (beginners gymnastics), piano and music classes on site is a great opportunity for the children and is convenient for parents (no need to drive anywhere else.)

Thanks again,
Ariane Urra (Matthew & Lauren’s Mom)

Words do not express the depth of my appreciation to The Wonder Years and its staff for the love and care that has been given to my daughters each and every day that they have been in the school’s care. The quality of the facility is unmatched and the dedication and commitment of the staff makes each and every child feel like family. I would not entrust the happiness, safety and wellbeing of my children to anyone else!

Dear Parent(s),
"There are two ways of spreading light: to be the candle or the mirror that reflects it."
-Edith Wharton

We love The Wonder Years! It's a learning center where the light of the children is strengthened by the loving reflection of the teachers and staff's caring efforts - a sunny environment that fosters learning and a positive social environment for our precious little ones.
When searching for a learning center - a second home where our son would reside, play, learn, and grow while we were at work, we did a lot of research and asked a lot of questions. We read all the books and listened carefully to the advice of seasoned parents/grandparents/friends/family members who all had an opinion of what was the most important quality in a school. We gathered all of that, plus our own ideas and interviewed directors, teachers, the parents of students at the school... We checked the curriculum, the processes, the cleanliness/amenities and overall atmosphere at each facility. And though we found other places that had certain aspects of what we were seeking, it is only The Wonder Years that encompasses all of what we wanted in a learning center for our baby.
Our first positive impression came from the prompt response we received when Ms. Cynthia, the school's director, personally returned my phone message inquiry within fifteen minutes, at almost seven in the evening on a Tuesday night. It was the first indication of her accessibility and responsiveness, and she has consistently proven her dedication and involvement in every respect. She - and her stellar team - always keep the children's healthy, safety, and best interests in mind.  Though the school's policies and procedures are carefully delineated to ensure the most positive environment for all of the children, each of the children are carefully attended to as individuals and any concerns/problems are promptly addressed with the parent(s) by the teachers/the director and her team in a respectful and considerate manner. The constant open conversations between the parents and the teachers, the director, and the rest of the staff helps to keep everyone on the same page, working toward the same goals - the well-being, happiness, and education of our children.
The next major step was when we introduced our son, William, into this new social arena, on his first day at The Wonder Years. Of course it was a major change for him (and for us!), but the caring demeanor of his teacher, who quickly comforted him and welcomed him warmly to the class, let us breathe a sigh of relief. Though that first good-bye was understandably tearful (though I think I cried more than he did!) we were extremely pleased to see that by the end of the second day, he was perfectly content to continue playing when I arrived...and from that second week onward, he's been happy to go to 'school', where he learns and plays with his friends - and learns how to play and interact with his friends (important aspects of social interaction, including sharing, conflict resolution, independent play, etc.).  Every teacher that has interacted with William has had the appropriate training, and their obvious delight at being with the children is a beacon of joy to William and the rest of the kids - as we all know how children can sense the sincerity of those emotions.
And now here we are, a year later, and as William has been carefully transitioned into his new class, we're still most impressed with The Wonder Years. The classes offer stimulating curriculum, with a solid balance of scheduled activities and free exploration, outside play and creative activities that involve learning in a fun manner. The classrooms are bright and beautifully decorated, with kid-sized amenities that foster independence, and all kinds of fascinating toys, books, and educational manipulatives that invite curiosity and development. The school even offers a summer program that is varied and interesting, with field trips and special events. Throughout the year, parents are always invited to remain involved and are consistently included in activities, always invited to pop by for an unplanned visit and/or to help participate in a learning activity.
As you can see, we can go on and on... We've endless great details to share about this magnificent place. It's a ray of light, a place of comfort, and the best 'second home' we could find for our precious boy at this stage of his life. We're very fortunate to have found it, and if you choose to enroll your child, you'll also be as happy as we are.  Best of luck!

"As a working mother I want a safe, secure, clean and especially loving environment for my daughter.  As an educator I want her to be offered challenging, varied learning experiences.  I want her to develop and learn while having fun and feeling free to express herself.  The Wonder Years has offered that and much more!

Upon entering the building everyone knows my daughter, giving her a great feeling of belonging.  There are no worries about her receiving excellent child care!  She still frets some mornings about leaving me but come every afternoon it’s a struggle to bring her home.
Words can’t describe how grateful I am to The Wonder Years for making my daughter’s first school experience such a positive one.  I want to thank The Wonder Years for helping to prepare my daughter for her future, but most of all for loving her!"

Mary Martinez (Cecilia’s Mom)
